Pommeau is a fortified cider made with our 1911 Brandy and Northern Spy apples. 1911 Pommeau has matured over many seasons in French oak wine barrels, and it will continue to improve with cellaring. It is best enjoyed as an aperitif.
Handcrafting award-winning hard ciders, wines and spirits starts with our apple trees, and carries on a family business established over 100 years ago. From trees to pressing to bottling, the entire process takes place on our orchard in Lafayette, New York.
