Another complex and deep cider brought to you by us and our forager friends in the Catskills and Hudson Valley. This year's reserve has a giant bouquet of wild apples and earthy forest floor. All of the season's colors are highlighted in the pale golden orange hues of the cider.
Tart apples burst through on the pallet, followed by soft but grippy tannins. Natural fermentation brings on complex flavors as white wine and sherry tones creep in for the full experience of a foraged apple cider.
