An accidental batch turned into the best barrel-aged cider we've ever made! Several oak barrels forgotten in a corner of the cidery were allowed to sit full of wild apple cider for nearly two years before we rediscovered them. Before tossing the cider, we decided to taste it, and we were blown away!
Without any attention or help, this cider was accidentally aged to perfection! We had enough to bottle 400 of these, and there are just a few left. Grab while you can!
