Heritage Tannic Standard Cider. A full tannic cider from special purpose cidermaking apples: Frequin Rouge, White Jersey, Kingston Black, and more than a dozen others grown for us by our partner orchard. Sweetened with a pommeau (apple port) of the same apples.
Semi-sweet, lightly grippy tannins. Hint of woodiness is tree-derived, not barrel.
