This wine has the color of a garnet gem and the complexity to match. The nose is warm with red fruit aromas and a floral hint of violets. The initial flavor is light bodied with fruit flavors such as blackberry and dark cherry that give way to a mellow toasted oak note. The finish has a slight dry cranberry bite blended with hints of nutmeg.
