Dry;Bellwether Wine Cellars produces single vineyard Riesling and Pinot Noir, allowing for the true expression of Finger Lakes terroir. A&D vineyard is located on the bluff of Keuka Lake. This dry Riesling was made with fruit picked early to produce both light and subtle qualities as well as powerful acidity. The wine was aged on the lees for a year to create a wine with layers of texture and complexity.
