Our Black Label line has been brewed using a high-quality koji spore from Japan.
Our brewers were interested in exploring other koji options and were blown away by the results, and we think you will be too.
'Nigori' is a traditional style of sake in Japan, and it essentially means unfiltered. We leave yeast and dissolved rice solids in solution, which enhances the mouthfeel and body while contributing notes of coconut and vanilla and creating a velvety smooth finish.
