Special small batch of a co-ferment. Hightown apples and blueberries cofermented. This is a experimental batch for our Apple to Bottle Cider Club members, and the leftover bottles we'll offer to the public. It's a beautiful color, and fruity flavor with a susbstantial but not overpowering bite of acidity, that is softened by the residual sugar. Great summertime sipper, would go great with fruit salads, backyard barbeques, and sunsets in the Appalachians.
