A marriage of two favorite varieties; pure golden perfection
Description: Golden Russet and Porter’s Perfection are both heirloom cider apples originating from western New York
and southwest Englad respectively in the 1800s.
In the cidery: Pressed after three months of sweating, co-fermentation, DV10 yeast. Bottled after 9 months of aging.
In the glass: Aromas of tart cherry, pine resin and beesewax. Notes of Goldenrod honey and spicy tannins lead to a subtly sweet finish.
