Golden Russet and Porter’s Perfection are heirloom cider apples originating from western New York and southwest England (respectively) in the late 1800s. Porter’s Perfection, brings acidity, tannic complexity and depth of finish, while Golden Russet, lends spiciness and a honeycomb sweetness and its own subtle russet bite. A beautiful marriage of two of our favorite apple varieties.
