In the cidery: A blend of two tanks, pressed 1-2 months after harvest. ICVOKAY yeast.
In the glass: Crisp and bone dry, with robust tannins, and flinty mineral notes. Aromas of lime, green apple and grapefruit; our favorite for pairing with food.
Varieties: King David, Golden Russet, Goldrush, Chisel Jersey, Ellis Bitter, Brown Snout, Suncrisp.
