Our port-style apple wine. Made from barely fermented Golden Russet juice and organic Eau de Vie, all the sweetness comes from this flavorful heritage apple. Elegant enough to serve as your fanciest dessert course, also good over ice cream.
Boathouse Ciderworks makes hard ciders and specialty wines from local or organic ingredients. Our heirloom island apples give a fine complexity to our inspired contemporary ciders, like Nootka, a semisweet cider made with wild rose petals.
