Our Orchard Blend is a dry cider made from Ashmeads Kernel, Court Pendu Plat, Bramleys Seedling, Brownsnout, Binet Rouge, Chisel Jersey, Stembridge Jersey, Dabinett, and Muscat de Bernay. This unique blend of apples imparts sharp acidity and soft aromatic tannins to create a beautifully balanced cider. It pairs well with an array of foods and is best chilled before serving.
We are a small batch, craft cidery located in eastern Iowa. We started our orchard and cidery because we believe in making the best possible crisp and refreshing natural beverage. We also believe that only great apples can make a great cider. Our orchard has 36 varieties of American, English and French heirloom cider apples, as well as some new, modern cultivars. All of our ciders are made fresh and cold filtered, never frozen, concentrated, pasteurized, or made with anything artificial.
