Heritage sparkling cider is hand-crafted from seven heirloom southwest Michigan apple varieties selected for complexity.
Made in small batches using wild yeast and aged in French oak barrels to bring out the subtle flavors, it’s perfect for pairing with your favorite shrimp or salmon dishes, with creamy pastas, or as a foil to the richness of roast pork.
Notes
French oak aged, carbonated in bottle via using traditional methode champenoise this cider features aromas of citrus, spice and ripe peaches and lingers on the pallet with a tart, slightly tannic finish.
