We don't make sweet ciders as a general rule, but once in a while a juice comes along that just cries out for a bit of sweetness. So it was with this batch of cider made from eight different heritage apples. The result is slightly sweet, sparkling, and easy to drink on a hot summer's day.
Carriage House produces European style ciders crafted by hand in Southwest Michigan. We offer a different cider experience for the adventurous palate. We take advantage of the more than 200 varieties of apples raised in the perfect climate and soil conditions of Southwest Michigan to create interesting, complex, old-world style ciders. Each has its own character for cider lovers and explorers.
