Featuring an intriguing floral nose, the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc has a white straw color that will deepen with age. With nice acidity, the wine is well-balanced. It has Asian pear flavors on the palate that are clean and refreshing and linger on the finish. The wine can be appreciated by itself, without food, but it does pair well with soft cheese such as Brie, and will be a perfect match with a wide variety of seafood. Serve at 54° F.
