This still cider is inspired by stories we've heard from our local customers. It's not uncommon for someone to pop in and share a childhood memory of their grandfather's barrel of cider in his basement. While we tended to this barrel a bit more than those grandfathers did, the concept of letting it sit and be still is the same. Fermented in a Calvados barrel. Serve chilled. Contains sulfites.

Still, dry cider. Aroma of apples and earth, faint Calvados. Flavor profile follows the aroma.
