Late-season apples were picked frozen off the tree and partially thawed before being pressed whole. The aromatics and flavor are stone fruit and peachy with a hint of juniper. The peach flavor makes us want to sit outside and enjoy en plein air. Serve chilled. Contains sulfites.

Cornish Cider Company is a small cellar cidery located on 20 acres of young orchard, field, and forest in Cornish, Maine USA. Owners Jacqueline and Jared Carr focus on creating ciders made from wild yeasts and wild seedling apple varieties found in and around Cornish along with specific apples from local orchards.
