Pommeau is a sweet apple wine created by blending apple brandy and apple must or young cider. We blend a new batch of pommeau each year during harvest season, and allow it to mature in neutral French oak barrels for two years before bottling. The brandy that we use is distilled from our own cider. And the residual sweetness is derived only from the apples. Perfect to serve as an apéritif or dessert wine.
