A sparkling 100% pear beverage, hand crafted with care. Using fruit harvested in 2019 and 2020, this perry was bottled for secondary fermentation in December of 2021. The perry was then disgorged in November of 2022. Delicate and refined, Sparkling Perry is perfect for a celebration.
