This was the first cider we made from our 1883 Homestead Orchard and it is still our favorite. Made with apples grown entirely on our original homestead orchard, this traditional dry cider is wonderfully crisp and refreshing. For those who enjoy a great no-nonsense dry cider, look no further!

Notes

My favorite traditional cider. Inspired by the homesteaders who homesteaded our farm in 1883, built our cabin from the old growth cedar on the property, and planted the original cider orchard. The orchard still produces jonathan, winesap, white pippin, roxbury russet, sweetbough, gravenstein, tolman sweet, 2 different greenings and other heirloom apple varieties.

We are a craft producer of hard ciders, fruit meads, red wines, and dessert wines. Whenever possible we source organically grown fruit and use natural winemaking practices with minimal sulfites. All of the fruit in our ciders are locally grown at our farm or other small farms on the Olympic Peninsula.
