We use the traditional port wine making style to make this plush, fruit forward liqueur. We ferment premium Malbec grapes from eastern Washington and our custom distilled wine brandy distilled by Admiralty Distillery in Port Townsend. We age the wine in French oak barrels in our underground cellar for at least 3 years. Perfect for an after dinner liqueur.

We are a craft producer of hard ciders, fruit meads, red wines, and dessert wines. Whenever possible we source organically grown fruit and use natural winemaking practices with minimal sulfites. All of the fruit in our ciders are locally grown at our farm or other small farms on the Olympic Peninsula.
