This is the first commercially available quince cider. A complex, delicious, savory, and unique cider made from certified organic quince and heirloom apple varieties. We source our quince from Willow Rose Orchard on San Juan Island. Layers of flavors of honeysuckle, grapefruit, pineapple, and green olive. Pairs well with sharp cheddar and other cheeses, salads, and light entrees.
