This is the first commercially available quince cider. A complex, delicious, savory, and unique cider made from certified organic quince and heirloom apple varieties. We source our quince from Willow Rose Orchard on San Juan Island. Layers of flavors of honeysuckle, grapefruit, pineapple, and green olive. Pairs well with sharp cheddar and other cheeses, salads, and light entrees.
Notes
We first started making quince cider in 2006 from a lone tree at our neighbor's farm. Quince are a challenge but the reward is the wonderful aromas from processing the fruit, during fermentation, and the flavor and aroma of the final product.

We are a craft producer of hard ciders, fruit meads, red wines, and dessert wines. Whenever possible we source organically grown fruit and use natural winemaking practices with minimal sulfites. All of the fruit in our ciders are locally grown at our farm or other small farms on the Olympic Peninsula.
