Our favorite Bordeaux-style blend of all 5 of the traditional Bordeaux region red grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Smooth and balanced, notes of dark cherry, chocolate, toffee, licorice. A beautiful wine. Aged in French and hungarian oak barrels in our underground cellar.
Notes
One of our first blends along with Eaglemount Red, and Osprey. Separately the wines can stand alone but blending them creates an amazing wine.

We are a craft producer of hard ciders, fruit meads, red wines, and dessert wines. Whenever possible we source organically grown fruit and use natural winemaking practices with minimal sulfites. All of the fruit in our ciders are locally grown at our farm or other small farms on the Olympic Peninsula.
