Pipistrelles are tiny bats native to our area. On warm summer nights they cavort over our orchards and provide natural pest control.
Enjoy our Pipistrelle Pommeau as an aperitif. Classic food pairings include creamy cheeses, melon, fois gras and apple or chocolate desserts.
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
