The nose opens with an expressive burst of citrus zest from the La Crescent, followed by green apple, and white peach. Complimenting these are light floral tones of elderflower with a beautiful minerality.

On the palate, the wine is crisp and light-bodied, with fine bubbles that carry light layers of citrus fruit like lime and lemon. Sauvignon Blanc contributes structure and citrusy freshness, while La Crescent elevates the fruit and floral profile. The finish is clean and zesty, with lingering notes of lemongrass and grapefruit.
