The nose is inviting and aromatic, offering an initial burst of ripe black fruit—blackcurrant, blackberry, and a hint of blueberry. As it opens, a soft layer of vanilla and toasted oak emerges.
Palate:
Contrary to most Cabernet's these days, this wine is medium-bodied with a velvety texture The Cabenet's aromas carry the wine, while the Merlot component softens the edges, giving the wine a lush, approachable mid-palate. The Cabernet Franc adds a delicate layer of dried herbs and freshness.
