Extreme Heights Cidery launched in the Fall of 2023 with a variety of flavors and is produced at the Adirondack Winery Winemaking Facility in Queensbury, NY. They feature traditional and flavored hard ciders made from a blend of Northern Spy, Baldwin, and Crispin apples, sourced from the Lake Ontario region. Each cider is named after one of the 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks. The brand was inspired by Ella Pardy, daughter of Adirondack Winery owners, who became an ADK 46er at age 15, hiking all 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks (4,000+ ft in elevation) in just 5 weeks. Becoming an ADK 46er is a lifetime goal for avid hikers across the country.
