The Quince fruited cider might seem uniquely unapproachable , and it is unique, but wonderfully so. The Quince is an ancient member of the pomme family first cultivated in Mesopotamia and around the Mediterranean. Despite being closely related to the apple the quince is intensely tropical and funky. This cider is lively and fruit forward with an unctuous mouthfeel.
