Darkness prevails in this mead made with loads of black currants and finished with cacao nibs. We started this one with a base of orange blossom honey and then added meadowfoam honey from Oregon to the mix. Deeply complex, Parallax is best viewed from multiple angles, from the complexity of the honeys, the tartness and richness of color from the black currants to the melding effect of the cacao.
