With the release of our Gravenstein Brandy, we aim to once again highlight the hallmark apple of Northern California, but in a much different light than before. We grow and harvest our Gravenstein apples to the perfect ripeness, culminating at the end of summer just before the autumn equinox each year. We selected a dark toast on the barrel to bring out rich notes of maple syrup and caramel candied apple, giving a whole new look to the Gravenstein apple.
