Bottle conditioned for a fine effervescence, we’ve taken our signature blend of heritage West Virginia apples and aged it for eight months in French Oak Chardonnay casks along with Peruvian Palo Santo wood. It is transformed into a lush, tropical cider with notes of coconut, pineapple, cinnamon, baked apple, and vanilla.
Appalachian style hard cider produced in West Virginia using locally sourced apples and extensive barrel aging.
