You might call this cider the big brother. We’ve taken our Appalachian Classic and aged it to perfection for ten months in the finest Smooth Ambler bourbon barrels. While still sporting the crisp, fruity flavors of the Classic, the aging process brings out rich ripe apple flavors with notes of butter and oak for a truly complex finish. Our processes are traditional, and our ciders are unfiltered; expect and enjoy some bottle sediment and seasonal variation.
Appalachian style hard cider produced in West Virginia using locally sourced apples and extensive barrel aging.
