This blend is a semi-dry low-alcohol cider
made using the pomace of the apples from our
other blends. The pomace is rehydrated,
pressed a second time and a blend of crabapple
juice is added to increase the flavor. The blend
is very light, refreshing and bubbly. Aromas of
melon and green grapes. The flavor has a light
acid and tannin, with a creamy mouthfeel and
lingering minerality on the tongue.
