A single varietal cider made from organic Golden Russet apples. Keeved using traditional methods to result in a naturally sweet cider and wild fermented at very low temperatures for several months. Aged French oak puncheons.
Tasting Notes: Ripe apple aroma with hints of pineapple and passion fruit. Golden color. Medium bodied with mild to moderate acidity. Semi-sweet. Mild tannin body. Mild oak. Medium to long finish that lingers with notes and pineapple and pears.
