We drew our inspiration for this cider from the many amazing orchards and orchardists that we work with all across Washington state. As such it seemed fitting to start our blend with two of the most widely grown apples found in our state, Honeycrisp and Granny Smith. From there, as a way to represent the growing community of craft cider orchards, we blended in a
mixture of Foxwhelp bittersharp apples and Yarlington Mill bittersweet apples. The result is a off-dry, apple focused cider with a well rounded character
and lively effervescence.
