Originating from Gloucester England during the 17th century the Foxwhelp apple is known for its assertive, high tannin flavor and pleasantly musky aroma. Wild fermented at cold temperatures to preserve varietal character. Notes of chestnut and savory herbs meld together with a lingering finish reminiscent of freshly baked brioche.
