Black rasberry, red currant and cherry. Forest floor humus. Ripe tannins and structure. Medium-bodied. Extended maceration and 6-month fermentation in stainless vats and french barrels. No added yeasts, diammonium phosphates, fining agents, sugar, acid, enzymes, or water. Approximately 25PPM SO2 (sulfites) added at bottling.
