Inspired by traditional, dry ciders from the west of England, we blended Arkansas Black apples, an old southern heirloom, with Dabinett bittersweet English cider apples for a rick, bone-dry cider with bittersweet character.
Notes of fresh green apple and candied pineapple on the nose are followed by flavors of baked apple, lemon creme, and a hint of allspice from barrel-aging.
Delightful with spicy curries, shrimp and grits, or shepherd's pie.
