This single vineyard, medium bodied, barrel aged red was specially crafted to emphasize some of the more delicate flavors of the Chambourcin grape grown at Mill Rock Vineyard in Gerald, MO.
Cherries and a hint of tobacco meld with raisins and earth on palate. Medium bodied with fine tannins, this wine pairs well with pork, duck, and salmon.
