The Lovers; tells the story of a marriage between apples and grapes. The melange of wild apples providing a fruity and almost gingery base steeped with the pressed skins of Frontenac Gris and La Crescent which bring a bouquet of flowers and perfumed aromas. The combination of apple and grape pulls out the variety of apple character while also creating a certain mystery.

Notes: Los Enamorados is a Sparkling Cider that was fermented on La Crescent and Frontenac gris pressed grape skins. The skins steeped in the cider must for a total of two weeks and were removed the day before bottling. This is an old style of cidermaking from Northern, Italy known as Vin ed Pom. It’s easy like Sunday morning but inspires you to reminisce of your favorite European city at Springtime with whispers of fresh flower aromas and a good cup of tea. Pairs well with breakfast, lunch and dinner ;-)
Wild yeast fermentation. No sulfites added.
