Made from Wickson and Sierra Beauty apples grown by Filigreen Farm, a biodynamic farm in Anderson Valley. Both apple varieties are true born and bred California apples. Sierra Beauty was a seedling apple discovered in the foothills above Oroville and was propagated by Bidwell's nursery in Chico. The Wickson was developed by Albert Etter, a renowned Humboldt County apple breeder. The Pressed in season, native fermentation in neutral red wine barrels, and bottle conditioned. No sulfites, unfiltered, unpasteurized.
