A blend of UK cider apples, lovingly grown here in the Inland Northwest. This cider is wild-yeast fermented and barrel-aged in charred Dry Fly Distillery barrels, expressing scents and flavors reminiscent of ripe apple, vanilla, fennel and (of course) oak.
