This cider was made with over 50 different varieties of wild, hand-picked apples from pre-prohibition apple trees. Fermented spontaneously & aged on the lees for 9 months then finished in oak casks, this cider is sophisticated and complex. Begins on the mouth with bright apple flavor, then rounds into stone fruits of apricot and prune, finished by black tea. We left this beauty still so you can fully appreciate all its nuance. Save for special occasions.
