This is Batch 3 of our collaboration with Tina Brenda, Manic Family member, owner and tattoo artist at Nephilim Studios in Highland, IN. Batch 3 sees our Elliot mead aged on Chipotle peppers. Sweet blueberry and orange blossom lead to a fragrant smoky chipotle flavor with just the right spicy kick (i.e. not too hot) through to the end palate.
