This delicious house blend with our own cider syrup added at the beginning of fermentation. Fermented dry but still reminds you of caramel apple. We aged it in a portugese muscatel puncheon for a year then added a little sparkle at bottling. Cheers!

Small farm cidery making hard cider from fruit grown on the farm. All ciders are apple based and some are exposed to fruit during the growing season. Most are fermented dry with slight carbonation added at bottling. Limited quantity of each variety available. In late 2020 we will release a straight pear cider with no apple.
