Our 2 apple blend fermented dry and aged in American oak barrels. Dry hops added for a short time to bring citrus notes to this slightly sparkling cider. So popular we made 4 batches last year. This is it until next July. Cheers!

Small farm cidery making hard cider from fruit grown on the farm. All ciders are apple based and some are exposed to fruit during the growing season. Most are fermented dry with slight carbonation added at bottling. Limited quantity of each variety available. In late 2020 we will release a straight pear cider with no apple.
