This cider is made with organically-grown, fresh ginger from Against the Grain Farm in Watauga County, NC. We grind and press whole ginger lily plants, including the root and leaves and blend with juice from late-season apples for fermentation. Bottled-conditioned, the cider is dry with fresh ginger root, apple and lemon grass aromas, finished with a hint of ginger warmth. Delicious alone and a perfect cocktail mixer.
