This dry cider is a blend of heirloom apple varieties grown by a group of apple preservationists in Avery County, NC. Located near Grandfather Mountain, the high-elevation orchard sites provide warm days and cool nights during the Summer, yielding fruit with an ideal blend of sugar, acid and aromatics. This cider is dry with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, and baked apples, finished with moderate acidity and fine textured tannins.
