Semi-sweet with orchard blossom, apple, pear and lychee aromas
A hint of hops can transform a cider into something different yet delicious. This cider is a blend of late-season apples from the mountains of North Carolina and Virginia. We dry hopped the cider with Cascade hops—tasting it daily until it hit just the right amount of hoppiness—then matured it for several months. The hops add complex floral aromas to a semi-sweet cider. We think you’ll like it.
